Getting started with VIDA Support

Welcome to the VIDA Support portal. This is your one-stop location for VIDA user guides and issue resolution. 


Please be aware that the user account for VIDA Support will be different from the account used to log into VIDA. You do not need an account to be able to submit a ticket, but you do need an account to access our extensive Knowledge Base 

Gaining Access to VIDA Support: To gain full access to VIDA Support, simply submit a ticket requesting access to support as a new user. The support team will validate your request against your VIDA account and you will then receive an activation email. Please remember to check your junk email 

VIDA Support's Knowledge Base is always a good place to check for solutions and troubleshooting. Some first-time users may not be familiar with a couple of aspects. That's why we have our Getting Started section available to all visitors not just those with VIDA Support access. In this area covers some of the basics such as How to Log in and Downloading Files With Aspera Connect, along with the page you are on right now! Once logged in you will have to our basic guides and full user guide.
