Getting Started With Connect2

1. Logging In

You’ll receive an email notification when your account is created.
Click the link in that email to open Connect2 in your browser.
Enter your email address to receive a login link.
- ✅ No username or password needed – Connect2 uses passwordless login.
If you don’t know the Connect2 address for your content, contact your content provider.

2. Finding Your Licensed Content

Once logged in, your home screen shows:
- Titles you’re licensed to use
- Which licenses are expiring soon
To open a title:
- Double-click its thumbnail

Or use the search bar at the top to find a package/title

3. Browsing a Package

Inside a package, you’ll see content arranged in a folder structure (titles, seasons, episodes).
Use the tabs at the top to switch between asset types (video, artwork, metadata, etc.).
Tabs are arranged according to the content owner’s setup.

4. Viewing & Downloading Assets

Open an asset by clicking on it.
To download:
- Click Download All to grab everything in the folder.
- Or select one/multiple items, then choose Download Selected.

✅ That’s it! You’re ready to browse and download your licensed content.
